About RDI
Roers Development Inc. (RDI) is a story of how hard work and integrity can build a business. In 1976, Jim Roers started Roers Construction company finishing basements, building garages, and home additions. Over a 30-year duration, he grew the general construction business to over 70 employees and annual sales of more than $17.5 million. With a changing market demand for design-build services, Jim began to re-focus on his development company and providing additional building services to his clients. Roers Development, Inc., founded in 1997, has over 24 active development projects in various phases of completion, ownership, and scope. RDI currently owns over 500,000 sf of leasable real estate that are managed by the affiliate company Professional Property Management and brokered by Keller Williams Roers Realty, another affiliated business.
In 2007, Larry Nygard partnered with Jim, bringing his 25 years of development expertise in housing and raw land development to RDI. Together, Jim and Larry have developed a wide variety of projects totaling over $100 million in value.
