Deb is a registered architect in the states of MN, ND, and SD. She is a graduate of North Dakota State University with degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design. She worked with R.L. Engebretson, PC in Fargo for 9 years prior to joining RDI. Notable projects include Alien Technology, North Dakota Horse Park master plan, NDSU Equine Center, and NDSU Football Facilities at the Fargodome.
With a working knowledge of international and local codes, Deb is able to identify issues that can influence decisions at the project on-set. She also has the unique ability and creativity to develop a project vision and carry the vision through to completion. Whether using a design-build or design-award-build project format, Deb has significant experience in commercial and mixed-use projects. Examples include 2nd Avenue Business Park, Up The Creek restaurant, and Woodland Cabinetry manufacturing addition.
Outside of development work, Deb and her husband provide foster care to special needs children. Passionate about families, Deb also mentors and supports challenged parents.
