Jim started Roers Construction Inc. over 30 years ago as a residential builder and remodeler. Through the years, he expanded his expertise and diversified into commercial construction becoming one of the region’s leading General Contractors. Along the way, Jim had the vision to add additional services that compliment Roers Construction Inc. including development, property management and brokerage services.
Jim graduated from North Dakota State University and presently serves as a member and trustee on the NDSU Development Foundation Executive Committee. He also serves as trustee for the College of Saint Benedict.
He is a principal and president of Roers Development, Inc. and oversees the combined operations of the Roers companies.
