Larry is a graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. He started his career as a CPA working for Eide Bailly. In 1987, he founded Plaza Development Company, and served as president until joining RDI in 2007 as a principal and vice-president.
Larry has a wide variety of development experience in commercial and residential developments, residential and multifamily home construction, and commercial buildings. In addition to his role as developer, Larry has consulted with numerous clients over the years providing advice on real estate disposition, site selection, refinancing options, joint venture capitalization, and structured workouts.
